"Metal Guard Solid" is a rust prevention material that has been formulated by adjusting the particle size of high-purity zinc anode powder used in electrochemical corrosion protection, mixing it with a base material composed of fish-scale-like zinc powder in a special ratio, and blending it with a butyl rubber-based adhesive to create a paint-like finish. It is a paste-like rust prevention agent that has been adjusted for viscosity (increased) to be suitable for filling. It is easy to handle and is not affected by the skill disparities of workers or construction conditions, allowing for the simple and reliable formation of a zinc anode layer. Therefore, it is suitable for corrosion prevention measures for complex-shaped facilities where existing corrosion prevention methods cannot be applied, as well as for facilities with advanced corrosion that have been drilled or have significant surface irregularities.
